Chris had previously been working behind the scenes supporting Director, Ceinwen Howard, for the past decade, then joined the team as a full active salesperson in March 2021.
Chris originally obtained his real estate license to become a more active member of Howard & Co Realty, and now as well as hosting open homes, taking out buyers, helping with pre-marketing house presentations, co-ordinating the network of tradespeople in the pre-marketing stage of listing anyone’s property - he also acts as a listing agent for clients by request.
Chris is also available for the varied duties that help the team fulfil Howard & Co Realty clear business plan “...to focus on delivering the best possible price for people selling their homes on the Kapiti Coast.”
Chris has had over 30 years’ experience in sales, owning his own business, so comes with a wealth of knowledge and people skills to make sure your real estate experience is as stress free as possible.
