Jason grew up in Otaihanga on the Kapiti Coast. He describes an idyllic childhood exploring the Waikanae River with his dog and mates.

He joins Howard & Co with over 20 years of experience in property investment. He has worked with agents across the country and knows first-hand what works. After selling a rental property with Lowe & Co in Wellington, Jason began making plans to enter real estate full time. “The experience was just so good - professional, but most of all, fun.”

Jason returns to Kapiti with his family after 25+ years, spending several years in Sydney, London, and the last 18 years in Los Angeles.

Working as brand development manager in Southern California for Brown Forman, Jason was responsible for the promotion, sales, marketing and launching of the companies globally recognised brands. In addition, he spent several years in the restaurant industry in Los Angeles and was the founding partner for a successful craft beer restaurant chain.

Jason brings his love of real estate, incorporating his sales & marketing skills, a head for business, and setting an exceptionally high standard in service to his work and his clients.
